Is it really free?
Yes. The platform charges no fees of any kind to your organization. The only money you'll ever pay is Stripe's standard payment processing rate (~2.9% + 30¢) on transactions you choose to process through us. If you bring your own Stripe account, the money never even passes through ours.
How is this free?
We built this platform because we couldn't find one that didn't either price clubs out or treat them like an afterthought. Our cost to serve another club is modest, and we'd rather earn loyalty than charge platform fees. If we ever need to make money, we'll do it via opt-in services — never by gating the core platform.
Can we migrate from Discord, Wix, or our current system?
Yes. CSV imports for members and events are supported out of the box, and we'll help with the migration during onboarding. Discord integration lets you keep your guild connected for chat while operations move to the platform.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your members, events, posts, transactions — all of it is your org's data. We can export anything at any time and you can leave whenever you want, with everything.
Do you handle waivers?
Yes. Waivers attach to events and are stamped with the signing member's identity, IP, and timestamp. Required-signature events block RSVPs until the waiver is signed.
Custom domain? White label?
Each org gets its own URL on the platform. Custom domains and deeper white-labeling are on the roadmap — talk to us about your specific needs on the intake call.
What if we outgrow the platform?
Then we've succeeded. The platform scales from a 12-person Saturday meet to a 5,000-member multi-region organization. If you genuinely outgrow it, we'll help you export and move on.
